Looking for an experienced and non-experienced Technicians.We are a local growing HVAC company, we are currently looking to add 3-4 Service Technicians (as soon as possible) that can work out of our Puyallup, WA, office. As a growing company we are looking for Technicians that are residing in the King County (Southern) area to help better serve our growing King County client base. HVAC Service Tech: Performs maintenance, service and repair of heating and air conditioning equipment for residential customers. The position of HVAC technician is an important one with our company. The HVAC technician is our link with the customer who has booked our HVAC services. This is a vital link in terms of revenue, reputation and success. Anyone performing in this capacity must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively communicate with the client as well as the office
Specific Job Requirements
  • Must be capable of troubleshooting, diagnosing and explaining all problems and options to the client
  • Must be capable of performing a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection and communicating findings to the client
  • Must be comfortable asking for payment and collecting money
  • Must comply with all safety standards and processes
  • Must be able to climb ladders and work in close spaces
  • Must know and adhere to all state HVAC codes
Other Job Requirements
  • Must present a professional image by arriving on time, wearing company uniforms, and being neat, and well groomed.
  • Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Test
  • Must have the ability to communicate with all clients
  • Must keep truck clean, stocked and accurately inventoried
  • Must be willing to continue training for personal growth as well as participating in the training of new employees

Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports the company’s day-to-day operations and is the customer’s primary point of contact. The CSR answers the phone, obtains customer information, books calls, and addresses customer concerns. If an issue arises, the CSR will work diligently to solve the problem, to the customer’s satisfaction. As part of this responsibility, the CSR will develop and manage reports, and interact with field personnel to schedule calls efficiently. A successful CSR must have the ability to function as a part of a team and be able to think creatively and critically.
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour + Commission
*On Call every 6-8 weeks for one week ($100 for the week + $10/each call they dispatch a technician to) *Possible available shifts: 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5pm, 9:30am-6pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in taking all incoming client calls, recognizing that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company. Good communication with the client is essential! Ensure that taking care of the clients takes higher priority than any other task and that the clients are enthusiastic about how they are treated. Have a courteous and pleasant demeanor whether on a phone call or not. Know that courteousness affects other team members’ spirit.
  • Making sure that the phone is answered before the third ring and that the approved company greeting is used each time.
  • Assist with supervising and dispatching of all service and maintenance calls to ensure maximum efficiency of scheduling without compromising client satisfaction.
  • Attendance and punctuality are important factors for your success within our company. We work as a team, and this requires that each person be in the right place at the right time
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Strong Typing Skills
  • Reliable Self-starter
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Present and communicate professionally (Verbally and in writing)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must be a critical thinker – Strong English composition skills
  • Telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems
  • Ability to develop tools that create efficiencies within the department
